1. Choose your location
Use our booking map to choose a location, and select between Inflatable Grab-Bags at a WakeRack Locker near your favorite lake, or skip the stop and choose a rigid option on-site where offered.
Pay attention to the color codes: Red locations are for our Grab-Bag Lockers offering portable inflatable options, while Blue locations are On-Site Rigid SUP and Kayaks.
2. RENT IT
- Select your rental paddle boards and/or kayaks
- Select your rental location
- Select rental time (3 hour minimum)
- Read, complete, and sign the rental agreement
- Submit payment information
AFTER PAYMENT, YOU'LL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION
Then your access code(s) to retrieve your rentals from the WakeRack locker will come in a separate email 1 hour before your reservation starts.
- Within a couple minutes of payment if your reservation starts within the hour
- Check your junk folder if you don't see the emails
RETRIEVE YOUR PADDLE BOARD OR KAYAK
Then your access code(s) to retrieve your rentals from the WakeRack locker will come in a separate email.
3. RIDE IT
ENJOY YOUR PADDLE BOARD OR KAYAK
- Enjoy the great outdoors out on the lake with friends and family!
- Please see our instruction videos before paddle board or kayak use
- A life jacket must be worn at all times!
4. RACK IT
RETURN TO WAKERACK LOCKER
- Return the paddle board or kayak to the WakeRack locker you retrieved it from prior to expiration of your rental period
- If your rental period is nearing an end and you would like to stay out longer, call us for availability
- Please be considerate of your fellow renters and return your equipment by expiration of your rental period -- if your rental period ends, we have not heard from you, and the equipment has not been returned you may be charged a $100 late fee for each rental
